WinFiber · ISP Platform
Foundation pilot

Build and operate an ISP from one managed platform.

Start with Platform Core, then place monitoring, automation, TR-069, subscriber management and other modules on the same server or additional servers as the network grows.

Zero-touch foundation

One reviewed bootstrap prepares Ubuntu, creates the management VPN, installs the local web setup and registers the server for signed updates.

Flexible module placement

Run everything together for a demonstration, or place LibreNMS, NOC automation, TR-069 and flow analytics on dedicated nodes.

Recoverable by design

Encrypted off-site backups, archived logs, release history and controlled restoration protect the operating configuration.

Planned platform services

Operations

NOC orchestration, LibreNMS, alerts, topology, configuration jobs and IPAM.

Customers

CRM, subscriber management, HelpDesk, billing and customer portal.

Access network

PPPoE, RADIUS, OLT/ONU inventory, TR-069 and provisioning workflows.

Analytics

NetFlow/IPFIX, audit records, recent logs and secure archive queries.

Monitoring device count, interface count, flow rate and log retention can increase these requirements. Production sizing is verified from measured workload after deployment.

Install the foundation

Use a clean minimal Ubuntu 26.04 server. Review the bootstrap before running it. The current pilot uses an enrollment created by an authorized administrator.

curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -fSLo bootstrap.sh https://isp-mgr1.winfiber.co.tz/install/bootstrap.sh
sudo bash bootstrap.sh --check
sudo bash bootstrap.sh --enroll

The installer establishes the private management VPN and completes in the background if the initial SSH session closes. The forthcoming zero-touch release will continue directly to the local web setup without a manually entered enrollment token.
